Note: So basically this is a "rip" from TSSMA. I downloaded their release but it was crap. Raw was AT-X and horrible encode. Worst of all... subs were hardsubbed. So I downloaded a better Blu-ray Raw and actually re-did their script MANUALLY. Sigh... took me like 3 days since I've never really used Aegisub. Oh well, sub quality is pretty good since I did my best and I fixed their grammar and spelling errors :D
