Huh. Published and featured both, and still not showing up. The problem doesn't seem to fall in the category of whatever Ortix was talking about with the site streamlining, so I guess it's up to him to fix it.

Is this the whole 50 minutes? because I though the file was a little small for a 720p.

I can safely call this the biggest disappointment of the year. I guess that's partly for falling into the hype, but there was nothing good about the OVA outside of the art and animation.
