Imagining that you do the Bang~~ Paw~~ Bam~~ in the manga, more like imagining that you do the adventures yourself.
But when the hero get hit or hurt, I wouldn't dare to imagine myself dying -.-

It's all acting~ Imagination at it's maximum. Who's to say you can't pretend. As long as you're not reenacting any kind of horrific pain/death scene.
